- Clothing photos and outfit photos you choose to store in the app.
- By default, photos you add are stored locally on your device.
- If you choose to use a feature that requires upload (such as AI-powered outfit inspiration), we may temporarily receive and process the image and/or related text you upload (see Section 6).
No Face Recognition / Biometrics: We do not perform face recognition and we do not collect or create biometric identifiers or biometric information from your photos.
D. Location (If You Allow It)
- Approximate location (e.g., city/region) and/or precise location, depending on your device settings and permissions.
E. Automatically Collected Data
- Device information (such as device model, OS version, language, time zone).
- App usage data and diagnostics (such as feature usage, in-app events, performance metrics).
- Crash logs.
F. Cookies / Similar Technologies (If Applicable)
If the Service includes web-based components, we may use cookies (and similar technologies such as web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and improve security and performance. You can control cookies via browser settings where applicable.

6) AI Features and Server Processing (User-Controlled Uploads)
SesioCloset may offer AI-powered features, such as generating outfit ideas using items you have not worn in a while. When an AI feature requires upload:
- What may be uploaded: images and/or text you choose to submit (for example, a clothing photo, outfit photo, or a prompt).
- Where it is processed: on SesioCloset’s own servers.
- Sharing: we do not share the uploaded image/text with any third parties for this processing.
- Deletion: once processing is completed, we delete the uploaded image/text promptly from our servers.
- Control: you control whether to upload and whether to generate AI content. If you do not upload, the AI feature will not run.
- Training/marketing: uploaded images and text used for AI processing are not used for marketing and are not used to train models for third-party use.
Important: AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated suggestions.
7) How We Share Information
We may disclose information only as follows, and only to the minimum extent necessary:
- With your consent.
- With service providers/contractors (“processors”): who process information on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations (for example, infrastructure hosting, security monitoring). They may only use the information to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or lawful requests.
- To protect rights and safety: to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our terms, or threats to safety.

- AI upload retention: uploaded images/text for AI processing are deleted promptly after processing.
